The intention was to write a blog post every month (at least) but events have overtaken us a bit recently.Β  All been so busy with various things, but am turning over a new leaf now and will have one day a month to write blogs and update the website!!!!

There are exciting things afoot down on the Wharf for us.Β  We will be participating in the upcoming Bude Arts and Music Festival Craft Trail in June (exact dates of the trail to be confirmed but looking like 12th – 14th June).Β  Can’t tell you much yet about what we will be doing as it’s top secret at the moment πŸ˜‰Β  but will let you know the plans nearer the time, I can say that it will be something people can come along and get involved in, so watch this space if you fancy a place with glass and an opportunity to create something as part of a community project.

Also in June, we will be having a bit of a refurb.Β  Would you believe it but at the end of the month (June that is) we will have been down on the Wharf for 3 years!Β  So we felt it was time for a bit of a refit and repaint.Β  We hope the new look will make it easier to see all our lovely pieces and give the studio a new fresh look.Β  We also will finally be putting up signs above the door and windows to say who we are (been a bit of a long time coming I know, but these things take a bit of thinking about πŸ˜‰ ).Β  In addition to that we will have new cards and flyers.

So you can see we have been busy thinking about all these things, making new work and planning the refit.Β  All exciting times.Β  I will try to get some more photos soon of the studio (must do a before and after of course!) and photos of new pieces.

As from 1st June (apart from the refit dates which I will confirm) we will be back open every day from 10 – 4 on Fridays and Saturdays and 11 – 4 the rest of the week.Β  Do come and say hello and meet the artists πŸ™‚
